This class is yoga strength training. Master the moves, find your balance, and connect your mind to muscle. Using movement paired with breath to open up the body, to release body tension, and to gaini strength and tone through the whole body. This class has an animalistic flow to it, taking movement to a new level. This class is for those who can move from sitting to standing positions.
