YOGA

Throughout your yoga retreat experience you will intake some of the most breath taking views, exhilarating moments and experience good times with fellow yogis and instructors within your course. You will learn about your well being and how to take care of and nourish your body, as well as how to move, stretch, breathe and meditate. We use a variety of meditation techniques such as guided meditation, sound healing, breath work and static dance.

 

The yoga classes will be different lengths and will be held in various locations depending on the schedule. Each yoga class will vary in style such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Tantra, YIN yoga, Acro yoga , SUP yoga and partner yoga.

 

When signing up for a retreat refer to the level of yoga you are interested in and what your abilities are, so you are matched with the best group for you. We have on floor instructors there to help adjust, guide, and answer all of your questions.

 

We occasionally have on site massage therapy, and acupuncture. Appointments can be booked online or over the phone with purchase of package when services available.
