About The Event
In this week long retreat we will work together to help you build a better understanding of your body. You will learn how to feed yourself, how your body moves, and the proper techniques to reach your fitness and health goals. We will teach you proper mobility and form techniques to keep you safe and away from injury throughout different movement patterns. You will be shown how to actively stretch the body with different techniques. All activities are made to be fun, and to help you learn to love fitness! This is for the begginer and elite athlete alike!
